    Extremely bad service. Went to get key cuts done. Got home and tried the keys. Originally couldn't open but after a bit of playing, the keys roughly opened the lock.

    Took the keys back the next day so they can smooth it somehow but the answer was, if it opens the lock, it works. When mentioned that it's really hard to open, he told me, get used to it and it'll smooth over time.

    Didn't do anything to help and brushed our complaint aside.

    They've lost another customer now as they can brush us aside and we can always take our future business elsewhere.

    Yes, I was surprised this shop does key cuts as well, but it's a service offered.
